Weekend RN Supervisor
Job Summary

Join Arbor Village Nursing, a compassionate and caring organization dedicated to providing exceptional senior living services, as our Weekend RN Supervisor. As a Weekend RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the care of our patients and ensuring the highest level of quality and satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, and offers a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the care of patients on weekends, ensuring that all medical and non-medical needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Lead and mentor a team of RNs to deliver high-quality patient care, promote collaboration, and foster a positive work environment.

  • Develop and implement patient care plans, incorporating input from multidisciplinary teams, and monitor patient progress to achieve optimal outcomes.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care, including admissions, discharges, and transfers.

  • Perform administrative tasks, such as charting, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives, to maintain accurate records and support continuous quality improvement.
