What You’ll Be Doing:

· Coordinate and provide high-quality resident care

· Supervise nursing staff to ensure best practice

· Develop and implement individualized care plans

· Support residents’ emotional and physical well-being

· Communicate with families and interdisciplinary teams

What You’ll Love:

Requirements:

· Active RN license in the state of Virginia

· CPR/BLS Certification
