Job Summary:

Avir at Kirbyville is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide weekend coverage in our caring and dynamic healthcare environment. As a Weekend RN Coverage, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction on weekends. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and willing to go the extra mile, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care to a diverse range of patients, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

  • Conduct patient assessments, administer medications, and provide education to patients and families

  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and healthcare providers

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records of patient care

  • Enjoy flexible scheduling, with opportunities to work varied shifts, including weekends

About the Role:

As a Weekend RN Coverage, you will join a dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Requirements:

  • Current RN license in the state of Texas

  • Minimum 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (new graduates welcome to apply!)

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly

  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software
