Job description

The Pool Clinical Support Tech is a staff position responsible for providing basic technical patient care skills under the direction and supervision of the licensed healthcare practitioner. The Pool Clinical Support Tech works in close collaboration with an assigned licensed healthcare practitioner to provide safe and quality patient care and are a valued member of the patient care team. Job requires patient check-in through use of manual/paper or digital solution. In some cases and as necessary, role offers support to any registration related transactions including point of service collections. Required to work minimum shift including weekend and holiday requirements as outlined in nursing staffing policy.Degrees:
  • High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.
Licenses & Certifications:
  • Registered Medical Assistant.
  • Basic Life Support.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant.
  • Emergency Medical Technician.
  • AAMA Certified Medical Assistant.
  • Paramedic.
Additional Qualifications:
  • CNA Certified Nursing Assistant OR EMT Emergency Medical Technician, OR MED_ASST Certified, OR RMA Registered Medical Assistant OR PMD Paramedic.
  • Basic Life Support BLS required.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Bilingual - English and Spanish.
