Job description

Orthopedic surgeon specializing in total join surgery needed in Austin, TX.
Fellowship in total joint surgery or extensive total joint experience is required.
The successful candidate will be joining an established practice with 2 other orthopedists and 2 Pas. The practice is the orthopedic department of a larger multispecialty group of 30 doctors including specialists in pain management, neurosurgery, rheumatology and neurology.
Salary: Base of $550,000 plus a robust bonus program based on production.
Work Parameters: We are outpatient based, working in 2 ASCs with a third on the way. We have 18 offices across Central Texas and orthopedics is currently staffing four of these.
Call: No hospital call. Telephone call to cover any post operative problems is light and rotated among the providers.
Hours: 8-5 Monday-Friday. 20 days of PTO, plus all weekends and holidays off. This is ideal for a family oriented physician.
