Description
Position Summary:
The Sequencer role is responsible for verifying, scanning, and organizing parts to ensure accurate sequencing and placement within designated warehouse locations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining production flow, inventory accuracy, and quality standards within a fast-paced logistics environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify and scan parts using a Radio Frequency (RF) scanner to ensure accurate sequencing and placement
• Ensure all parts are staged correctly in designated locations according to operational requirements
• Perform visual quality inspections on parts and packaging
• Confirm all totes and containers are empty before processing verification sheets
• Communicate discrepancies such as missing parts or unreadable labels to the Team Lead
• Follow all safety procedures, standard work instructions, and company policies at all times
Qualifications:
• Experience using RF scanners preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
Work Environment:
• Warehouse environment with elevated noise levels
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Required use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on the shop floor
