Winston Retail is looking for motivated, detail-oriented retail professionals who thrive in both relationship-building and hands-on merchandising environments. This role combines ongoing store support with project-based merchandising initiatives, giving you the opportunity to make a direct impact on the customer’s experience while representing leading retail brands.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys working independently, building strong partnerships with store teams, and executing merchandising projects with accuracy and excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
- Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision and attention to detail.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
- Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
- Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
- Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
- Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
- Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.

- Must be willing and able to work in cold environmental conditions (i.e., refrigerated and freezer sections of retail stores) for limited periods of time.
