Our mission at Kristen Distributing Company is to uphold the highest standards by providing exceptional beverages that align with the manufacturer’s marketing concepts. • Front and face product so that displays are full, clean, and shoppable.

  • Maintain proper product rotation to uphold our commitment to freshness and quality standards.

  • Organize product in the back-stock area of each account so it is easy to locate.

  • Build and refresh displays as directed by the supervisor or account manager.

Account Communication & Customer Relations

  • Communicate account activity, out-of-stocks, competitor activity, and space or display changes to your supervisor.

  • Identify and remove damaged, dented, or out-of-date product, and notify your supervisor promptly.

  • Represent Kristen Distributing Company professionally with store personnel, maintaining a friendly and cooperative demeanor.

  • Follow each account’s check-in, receiving, and back-room procedures.

Travel, Equipment & Safety

  • Travel between assigned accounts in a personal vehicle, maintaining a valid driver’s license, current insurance, and an acceptable driving record.

  • Operate a hand truck or dolly safely when moving product.

  • Follow all company safety and personal protective equipment requirements, and report safety concerns to your supervisor immediately.

  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the merchandising team.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Schedule: Saturday and Sunday. We are glad to work around school and full-time job schedules where we can.

  • Hours: Actual hours may vary based on account needs, product volume, and business needs.

  • Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour, paid for all hours worked, with overtime paid at time and one-half for any hours worked over 40 in a workweek.

  • Mileage: Reimbursement for use of your personal vehicle to travel between assigned accounts, paid through the company’s mileage reimbursement program.

  • Paydays: Bi-weekly pay schedule with direct deposit.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and an acceptable motor vehicle record.

  • Reliable personal vehicle for travel between assigned accounts.

  • Consistent availability Thursday through Sunday, with reliable attendance and punctuality.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in product placement and rotation.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, account managers, and store personnel.

  • Ability to work independently in retail accounts with limited direct supervision.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding environment.

  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Preferred
