  • Schedule shifts and ensure full store coverage
  • Lead by example and build a positive, respectful team culture
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe store conditions
  • Monitor and order inventory; ensure product freshness and rotation
  • Track sales, control expenses, and drive profitability
  • Complete back-office tasks, daily cash handling, and PDI reporting
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of retail or convenience store management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to motivate a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
What You’ll Get
  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Monthly bonus opportunities based on store performance
  • Health insurance and paid time off
  • A supportive, values-driven team
  • Opportunities for career growth in a stable, expanding company
Our Core Values
  • Faith, Family, Team, Community
  • We go the extra mile and finish what we start
  • We do the right thing, even when no one’s watching
  • We treat others with kindness, respect, and Southern hospitality
