Job Overview

The Retail Store Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store appearance, and supporting daily store operations. This role plays a key part in creating a positive shopping experience and driving sales.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers promptly and assist with product selection and inquiries
  • Provide knowledgeable information about products, promotions, and store policies
  • Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
  • Handle cash, credit, and returns in accordance with company procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
  • Assist with merchandising, displays, and inventory replenishment
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
  • Support opening and closing store procedures

Qualifications
