Five Guys Burgers and Fries - Shift Manager
Are you an experienced restaurant professional who enjoys leading teams, delivering exceptional customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment?
Join Five Guys, home of America's #1 burger. Our restaurants feature an open kitchen, strong team communication, fresh ingredients, and a culture focused on quality, cleanliness, and customer service. If you enjoy leading by example and motivating others to succeed, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
  • Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts
  • Provide leadership, direction, and support to crew members
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, food safety, cleanliness, and execution
  • Train, coach, and develop team members
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures
  • Support cash handling and daily operational tasks
  • Create a positive and productive work environment
  • Help execute restaurant standards and operational goals during assigned shifts
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Recent restaurant or food service experience required
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • ServSafe certification preferred (additional compensation available for certified managers)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Sense of urgency, integrity, and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
