Job description

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic applicants who enjoy serving guests. The Cashier provides fast, accurate service by processing orders and payments, answering menu questions, and helping ensure a smooth guest experience. Previous customer service experience is preferred, and availability for occasional evening and weekend shifts is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Operate the POS system; process orders and payments
  • Verify order accuracy and answer menu questions
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and deliver completed orders when needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area
  • Handle cash/card transactions, receipts, and returns/voids according to company policy
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Positive, guest-focused attitude
  • Works well on a team
  • Able to stand for several hours and lift/carry 10-55 lbs.
