CDL-A Regional Driver | Mon–Fri or Tue–Sat Schedules + $2,000 Summer Bonus!

Key Financial Highlights:

  • Average Pay: $1,756 weekly average ($91.3K annual target)
  • Competitive Mileage Rate: Starting at $0.82 CPM up to $0.88 CPM
  • Bonus Money: Eligible for up to $2,000 summer retention bonus
  • Additional Pay: $340 load pay, $25 backhaul pay, + $150/day Mentor Pay

Job Setup:

  • Schedule Options: Mon–Fri or Tue–Sat (34-hour weekend reset)
  • Freight: Regional dry freight (3 turns/wk, 3–5 stops per load)
  • Unloading: Hand unload using store rollers

Driver Qualifications & Hiring Criteria

  • Experience Requirement: Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience in the last 6 months.
  • Licensing & Physicality: Active Class A CDL, valid DOT Medical Card, and physical ability to perform roller hand-unloads at retail stops.
  • Screening: Clean MVR & background check. Must pass standard pre-employment DOT drug screening (urine & hair).
