This role provides the flexibility of working remotely while maintaining connectivity with a supportive team of mental health professionals. The outpatient clinic environment promotes a culture of collaboration, where therapists work closely together to strengthen their clinical competencies and share insights. Evening and weekend shifts are available to accommodate client needs and facilitate therapy accessibility.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health status and determine personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual needs and aspirations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices to address clients’ unique challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues.
• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions aimed at promoting mental wellness and providing coping strategies to clients.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary treatment teams—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers—to ensure an integrated approach to client care.
• Engage and educate clients’ families to enhance their understanding and participation in the recovery process, fostering a supportive home environment.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records aligned with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• A strong background in evidence-based mental health practices and demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling.
• Exceptional therapeutic skills and exceptional ability to build rapport with clients, inspiring trust and motivating them throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, demonstrating the ability to integrate seamlessly into a collaborative treatment environment.

• Experience in working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or individuals with co-occurring disorders.
• Proficiency in utilizing various therapeutic modalities to address mental health disorders.
• Previous experience in an outpatient setting or similar clinical environments.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
