This role allows for remote work flexibility, enabling you to provide therapy and counseling services in a comfortable setting that enhances your effectiveness. While the position primarily entails working Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, occasional evenings or weekends may be required to accommodate client schedules. • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to accurately evaluate the mental health needs of clients.
• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique objectives of each client, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions to a diverse clientele, ensuring each interaction promotes healing and self-discovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community service providers, to optimize client outcomes.
• Maintain confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation accurately reflects therapy sessions.
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and case conferences to enhance your clinical skills and contribute to team discussions about client care.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Cross Bridge Health & Wellness Center, you will work with a broad range of clients facing various challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. • A valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
