This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a flexible schedule. While the standard work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., we understand that many of our clients have demanding schedules, so evening and weekend availability may be necessary to accommodate their needs. You will be an integral part of our community health clinic, engaging with clients through virtual platforms that facilitate effective therapy sessions.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to delve into clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing diverse evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clear, achievable goals tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless and coordinated care.
• Facilitate therapeutic interventions and promote resilience through cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to foster community support and enhance therapeutic experiences.
• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans as needed, ensuring the emotional stability of our clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to comply with ethical and legal standards, playing a crucial role in the continuum of care.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Clarity Path Mental Wellness, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. We are especially focused on supporting communities that may have historically been underserved, such as refugees and domestic abuse victims. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding clients through hardships, mood disorders, and relationship dynamics, ultimately making a measurable difference in their lives.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Two years of relevant experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred but not mandatory.
