Job description

Value Vet Virginia is seeking veterinarians to join our telemedicine service, Virtual Pet Care! Our mission is to provide responsible, safe and easily accessible care to clients and their pets at an affordable price. We have elevated the traditional virtual care set-up with a twist: Clients bring their pets to our licensed veterinary facility for their appointment. LVT's and veterinary assistants are an integral part of these visits, collecting vitals, filling medications and collecting samples. Some examples of telemedicine appointments we see:

  • Surgery consultations
  • Visits for prescriptions
  • Labwork collection/follow-up
  • Outpatient, non-urgent visits

We offer flexibility with duration of shifts and pay via direct deposit. Both true relief and set schedules welcome. Fully Remote!

Responsibilities:

  • Strong communication skills, especially on a virtual platform
  • Ability to diagnose and treat small animals
  • Knowledge of Stringsoft software a plus, though not required

Must have reliable access to the internet and Microsoft Word.
