Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and diagnose patients as needed utilizing evidence-based practices, including tools and methodologies from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to tailor individualized care plans.
  • Maintain ongoing evaluations of patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies to ensure optimal support for mental health challenges.
  • Prepare and accurately maintain comprehensive clinical documentation, including treatment records and reports, in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate closely with patients and their families to develop and implement effective treatment plans that align with their specific mental health needs and desired outcomes.
  • Serve as a resource for referrals, linking patients with relevant treatment providers, and fostering effective professional relationships with other clinicians.
  • Support the development of future professionals by providing education and mentorship to students and interns within the program.
  • Participate actively in clinical team meetings, offering input on peer reviews, clinical collaborations, and chart audits to enhance team performance and patient care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
