About the Opportunity
Sedulous Consulting Services is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst to support Configuration Management (CM) and Risk Management (RM) activities for the U.S. Marine Corps Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) Program.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing program risk, supporting Configuration Control Boards, maintaining engineering repositories, and ensuring configuration management processes support successful acquisition and lifecycle management of the ACV platform.
Responsibilities
  • Support Configuration Management and Risk Management operations for the ACV program.
  • Maintain Configuration Management and Risk Management Plans.
  • Analyze CM and RM processes and recommend process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics for Configuration Management and Risk Management activities.
  • Coordinate and support:
    • Configuration Control Boards (CCBs)
    • Configuration Review Boards (CRBs)
    • Risk Management Boards (RMBs)
  • Review engineering documentation, including:
    • Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)
    • Technical Data Packages (TDPs)
    • Engineering drawings
    • Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs)
  • Maintain repositories for:
    • Engineering Change Proposals
    • Deviations
    • Program risks
    • Risk mitigation strategies
  • Support Functional Configuration Audits (FCAs) and Physical Configuration Audits (PCAs).
  • Participate in engineering and technical reviews.
  • Track action items and provide status reports to Government leadership.
  • Assess Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDRs) and support technical risk evaluations.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Systems Management, Program Management, or a related discipline.
  • 4+ years of experience supporting Configuration Management and/or Risk Management for a DoD acquisition program.
  • Experience supporting ACAT I, II, or III programs.
  • Experience facilitating Configuration Control Boards and Risk Management Boards.
  • Experience maintaining configuration baselines and risk registries.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
  • Experience preparing executive-level status reports and technical briefings.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting the U.S. Marine Corps.
  • Experience supporting the Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) program.
  • Knowledge of DoD Configuration Management processes.
  • Familiarity with Technical Data Packages (TDPs), Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), and Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDRs).

Clearance Requirement
  • Active SECRET Security Clearance required.

This is primarily sedentary work requiring the ability to perform tasks involving: reaching, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, repetitive motions, standing, talking, hearing, and visual acuity. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
