Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior UiPath RPA Automation Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise RPA solutions for government services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy complex UiPath RPA workflows and bots
  • Work with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Automation Hub, Studio Web and Insights
  • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing RPA solutions
  • Develop complex SQL queries and system integrations
  • Work with REST/SOAP APIs and OCR/ICR
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint Online solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams using Agile methodologies
  • Support RPA standards, documentation, governance, and continuous improvement
Required
  • 6+ years of hands-on UiPath RPA development
  • 2+ years of RPA Solution Architect experience
  • 3+ years of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform experience
  • 8+ years of software development experience
  • Strong UiPath architecture, debugging, SQL, API, and workflow development skills
  • Strong communication and analytical skills

Preferred: UiPath certifications and experience with OCR/ICR, AI, ML, NLP, or chatbots.
