One Mind Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to join our team in providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals and families. This full-time, remote position requires a passion for mental health and a commitment to helping clients achieve their personal goals. This position is remote, allowing our mental health counselors the flexibility to manage their work from the comfort of their own spaces while still contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere. Our outpatient office setting is specifically designed to support a focus on individual and family counseling without the demands of on-call schedules, night shifts, or weekend hours.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices to provide individual and family therapy to clients with diverse emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to inform treatment planning and facilitate the initial discharge process.
• Engage clients in therapy sessions—be it individual, group, or family settings—tailored to meet the unique needs presented in their treatment plan.
• Document all therapy services in accordance with facility and professional standards, ensuring that each client's progress is accurately captured and evaluated.
• Maintain an active caseload, actively participating in treatment teams to discuss client progress and collaborate with fellow therapists to enhance service delivery.
• Exhibit professionalism and empathy in all patient interactions, promptly addressing any concerns or complaints to ensure a high level of satisfaction and safety.
• Contribute to organizational goals by participating in team meetings and continuously improving therapeutic practices based on the latest mental health research and methodologies.
• Carry out additional functions and responsibilities as needed to support the overall mission of One Mind Therapy Center.

Our practice focuses primarily on serving adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Must possess an active state or national licensure for therapy providers (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) or be eligible for licensure in the state of Arizona.
• Strong foundational knowledge and experience in mental health counseling, with a focus on individual and family therapy techniques.
• Ability to build rapport with clients, fostering a therapeutic alliance that promotes effective treatment outcomes.

• At least two years of direct counseling experience working with diverse populations, including both children and adults.
• Experience with group therapy facilitation or family therapy practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation procedures in a remote setting.

One Mind Therapy Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
