• Develop individualized service plans that include specific goals, tailored interventions, and progress monitoring strategies to ensure effective outcomes.
• Provide therapeutic counseling and emotional support to individuals and families, utilizing techniques aligned with trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate closely with clients to create personalized service plans that connect them with essential community resources and services.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning to address urgent needs as they arise.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with community agencies and organizations to coordinate multi-faceted support services and advocate for clients' rights and needs.
• Participate in community outreach activities aimed at raising awareness of the agency’s services and expanding our impact in the community.
• Actively contribute to team discussions, case conferences, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance service delivery.

In this role, you will focus on serving a diverse client base, including children and families in school settings who are grappling with issues related to mental health, poverty, domestic violence, substance abuse, and other social challenges. It is vital that you approach each case with cultural competence, empathy, and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of those you serve.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required to ensure a solid foundation in theoretical and practical applications of social work.
• Possession of an active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), demonstrating your commitment to professional standards in the field.
• Strong knowledge of social and economic justice issues, along with familiarity with available community resources that serve our client population.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication skills, cultural competency, and strong problem-solving abilities relevant to social work practice.

• Experience working in a social service agency or similar setting, providing evidence of your ability to meet client needs and navigate complex social dynamics.
