  • 100% employee-owned firm with access to ownership opportunities beginning within your first year
  • Competitive compensation with multiple income streams, including performance bonuses and employee ownership
  • 55% of company profits distributed back to employees through bonuses
  • Opportunity to play a key role in growing and shaping a surveying practice within one of the region's leading engineering firms
  • Diverse project portfolio across commercial, municipal, infrastructure, energy, and land development sectors
  • Flexible and hybrid work schedule options
  • Comprehensive benefits beginning on day one, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • 401(k) with company match beginning the first of the month following your start date
  • Collaborative, multidisciplinary environment that supports mentorship, leadership development, and long-term professional growth

  • 10+ years of land surveying experience
  • Professional Land Surveyor (PS/PLS) license (WV or ability to obtain via reciprocity)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and survey data processing software (e.g., Trimble Business Center)
  • Deep understanding of GPS/GNSS, control networks, and modern survey methods
