This position is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth platforms to facilitate therapy sessions. • Conduct detailed assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions using secure and user-friendly virtual platforms.
• Engage clients in goal-setting discussions to establish clear and attainable treatment objectives, fostering a collaborative therapeutic alliance.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to support each client’s unique circumstances and treatment preferences, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy.
• Document all clinical interactions accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards while tracking clients’ progress.

• Possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Hold a Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exhibit effective communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating strong rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
• Demonstrate empathy and a genuine understanding of clients’ mental health experiences and challenges.
• Showcase excellent organizational abilities, balancing multiple client caseloads while maintaining focus on quality care.

• Prior experience in a telehealth environment is desirable, showcasing your ability to effectively engage clients through a digital medium.
• Experience working with a diverse clientele, addressing a variety of mental health concerns, is also advantageous for this role.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms, ensuring smooth documentation and client management.
