Overview

We are seeking a System Administrator who has successfully designed and implemented complex Microsoft 365 and infrastructure solutions that improve security, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can take ownership of technical outcomes, deliver practical solutions with limited resources, and contribute across identity, endpoint management, collaboration, security, cloud services, and infrastructure operations on a small but growing team.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5-8 years of experience serving as the core technical contributor responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting complex Microsoft 365, infrastructure, endpoint, identity, or cloud-based solutions.
  • Proven record of designing and implementing complex Microsoft 365, infrastructure, endpoint, identity, or cloud-based solutions that improved business or IT outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects from requirements gathering and design through implementation, documentation, handoff, and ongoing support.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Defender, and related security and compliance capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including core services, identity, governance, security, and operations.
  • Experience improving identity, endpoint, email, security, automation, or operational processes in a production environment.
  • Ability to resolve complex technical issues across users, devices, applications, cloud services, and network-connected systems.
  • Strong documentation, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Wage Data Per State Requirements

This position will pay between $115,000 and $130,000.

Dependent on final compensation, skills, experience, and duties:

  • Offers at or above $122,573.13/year will be classified as Exempt.
  • Offers below $122,573.13/year will be classified as Non-Exempt.
