• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' specific mental health needs and co-develop individualized treatment plans that cater to their unique circumstances.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities while adapting approaches to fit each client's goals, ensuring that therapies remain both effective and relatable.
• Formulate therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, fostering mutual buy-in and trust throughout the therapeutic journey.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, or systemic family therapy, based on client preferences and treatment objectives.
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation regarding treatment sessions, client progress, and any other relevant communications, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on the latest mental health practices.

Our mental health therapists serve a diverse array of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. • A current and valid license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor including a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctorate degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively, even in a remote setting.
• The ability to showcase empathy, compassion, and an understanding of the diverse experiences faced by clients.
• Organizational skills to manage documentation and scheduling effectively while balancing multiple clients.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging between $90,000 and $105,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
