• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' presenting issues, personal histories, and treatment objectives, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique situations.
• Deliver high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy, applying evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy strategies to create effective treatment pathways.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs of clients, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable goals and track progress throughout the therapeutic process, facilitating open communication to enhance the relationship.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and legal regulations in all interactions with clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops, training sessions, and conferences to stay abreast of best practices in the field.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required to ensure a deep understanding of therapeutic practices.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in a private practice setting or detox environment, is essential to effectively contribute to our multidisciplinary team.

The compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, with additional performance-based incentives.
