• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to understand each client’s presenting issues, psychosocial history, and therapy goals, ensuring thorough and accurate assessments lead to effective treatment pathways.
• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client, adjusting interventions based on progress and feedback.
• Create a therapeutic alliance with clients that fosters trust and collaboration, essential for effective intervention and positive outcomes.
• Provide ongoing support, practical strategies, and psychoeducation to clients to assist them in navigating daily life challenges and enhancing their emotional well-being.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in line with ethical and legal standards while documenting all interactions and treatment progress comprehensively.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices and emerging therapeutic techniques.

Your work will engage a diverse clientele with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. As an LCSW, you will be instrumental in guiding clients toward healing and personal growth, employing tailored approaches that resonate with their unique experiences and backgrounds.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in private practice or a similar setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention implementation.
• Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and support clients.

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with prior experience in a telehealth or remote counseling setting are strongly preferred. Familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities will also enhance your effectiveness and adaptability in this role.
