Position Overview

The Conscious Growths Therapy Center is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This crucial role involves providing high-quality mental health support to clients battling major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, enhancing their overall well-being and facilitating positive outcomes in their lives.

About the Organization

Located in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, Conscious Growths Therapy Center is committed to promoting healthier communities by offering patient-centered healthcare services to medically underserved populations, irrespective of their ability to pay. Our mission drives us to improve access to quality care and inspire our model to be embraced by health centers across the nation. At Conscious Growths, we focus on local action while considering global impact, striving to create a healthcare environment that fosters trust, respect, and empowerment.

Work Environment

This position allows for remote work within a supportive and collaborative team. While technical infrastructure will facilitate virtual interactions with colleagues and clients, you will have access to resources necessary for effective service delivery, including telehealth tools and electronic health records. As healthcare beds may change, our detox facility ensures adherence to safety and ethical standards while delivering essential services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with assigned clients experiencing significant mental health challenges, providing therapeutic interventions and support through individual, group, and family therapy.
  • Conduct evidence-based screenings and developmentally appropriate assessments to identify client needs and facilitate tailored treatment plans.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance service delivery, share diverse perspectives, and achieve collective goals.
  • Create and implement integrated care plans, ensuring coordination and accessibility of linked services for clients and their families.
  • Monitor client progress and engagement, making necessary adjustments to treatment approaches based on individual needs.
  • Maintain ethical standards of practice and compliance with COHC's code of conduct, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
  • Participate in crisis intervention efforts and provide on-call coverage as needed during and after program hours.
  • Complete documentation and reporting requirements promptly, contributing to overall program evaluation and funding opportunities.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other severe emotional disorders. Incorporating culturally competent practices into care delivery, you will work to understand and respect the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client, fostering an environment of acceptance and support.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) is required; an MSW is preferred.
  • Active state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
  • At least two years of relevant experience in clinical social work, particularly in mental health settings, is essential.
  • Proven ability to engage and build rapport with clients while addressing their unique needs is crucial.
Preferred Experience

Additional experience working in remote or telehealth environments, as well as familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, is highly desirable. Knowledge of community resources and ability to navigate complex client care situations will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work culture prioritizing employee well-being and mental health.

Career Growth Opportunities

At Conscious Growths Therapy Center, we are dedicated to the professional growth of our employees. You will have access to training programs, workshops, and mentorship opportunities to further develop your skills and advance your career. As part of the larger organization focused on quality care, there are pathways to leadership roles and specializations within various service areas.

We invite you to bring your unique vision and creativity to a role that influences the lives of many individuals and families. Our commitment to diversity and inclusion seeks to create a team that reflects the communities we support, providing you a fulfilling and impactful work experience.
