Fractional VP, Payer Contract Analytics
Neolytix | Remote (US) | Part-Time / Retainer
About the Role
Neolytix is seeking a senior healthcare professional to lead our Payer Contract Analytics practice on a fractional basis. This role combines business development, client leadership, and oversight of an offshore analytics team.
The right candidate has deep experience in payer contracting and provider reimbursement, an existing network in the provider space, and wants a flexible engagement with meaningful upside tied to results.

Neolytix is a healthcare services company based in Chicago, serving 270+ provider organizations with revenue cycle management, credentialing, and analytics services. We have 220+ employees across the US, India, and the Philippines.
We are building a dedicated practice focused on payer contract intelligence - helping providers use price transparency data to benchmark rates, identify opportunities, and negotiate better contracts.
What You'd Do
Business Development
  • Develop pipeline through your network and targeted outreach
  • Lead discovery conversations and scope engagements
  • Develop proposals and close deals

Client Leadership
  • Serve as the senior relationship owner on engagements
  • Present findings and guide negotiation strategy
  • Identify expansion opportunities

Delivery Oversight
  • Direct methodology and quality standards for an offshore analytics team
  • Review deliverables before client presentation
  • Partner with our India-based Technical Lead on execution

Practice Development
  • Shape offerings and positioning based on market feedback
  • Develop referral partnerships
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy

Compensation Overview
Base Retainer You will receive a fixed monthly payment that reflects your part-time commitment to the role. This ensures a steady, predictable income.
Performance Incentive On top of your base pay, you will earn a commission on all revenue generated. Additionally, you will be eligible for bonuses when specific deals are closed.
Target Total Compensation The total package is designed to be highly competitive with current market rates for fractional executive roles, balancing both stability and high-earning potential.
Logistics
