Purpose
As a Professional Services Consultant, you will deliver implementation or consulting projects to achieve successful on-time schedule completion and client satisfaction. You will provide clients with mentorship and advice for workflow planning and drive the adoption of standard methodologies for the most significant customer return on investment. You will be responsible for performing contracted onsite and remote services for clients.

Essential Functions
  • Conduct implementations demonstrating a thorough knowledge and understanding of department procedures and guidelines
  • Guide the client in their decision making to achieve maximum efficiency using Clinisys best practice recommendations
  • Conduct some product training for the client as part of the overall implementation process
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and Clinisys platforms to optimize implementation workflows, improve data analysis, and enhance decision-making during client engagements.
  • Provide input to process improvements by monitoring both client and departmental feedback
  • Travel to client sites to install Clinisys software products following department procedures and guidelines
  • Maintain a high level of commitment to superior customer satisfaction through the entire duration of the customer relationship
  • Both individually and as a part of a team, troubleshoot, debug, and test technical solutions
  • Provide ongoing support and training to laboratory staff and stakeholders on LIMS usage and best practices
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and any changes for reference and compliance purposes
  • Other duties, as assigned, will contribute to the success of our company and the solutions we deploy.

  • Strong understanding of client/workflow concepts relative to software applications with some knowledge of interfaces

Required Experience & Education
  • Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences/Pharma or Toxicology related degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in laboratory management or laboratory informatics, with a strong understanding of LIMS systems and their applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, concise documentation
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with SQL query writing and Programing Languages (C++, Java, PL/SQL)
  • Familiarity with laboratory operations, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements. Knowledge of industry-specific standards is a plus
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with API/Interfaces (HL7)
  • Minimum 3 years SQL database management and reporting tools
  • Experience or exposure to utilizing AI tools, like Co-Pilot, to streamline processes and communication

Preferred Experience & Education
  • 3 years' experience with information systems or Clinisys software products and 1 year working with Clinisys applications
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in a consulting or implementation environment

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the $75,300 - $101,300 annual base salary range. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the exact starting pay may be above or below this range.

  • Work is performed in a regular office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards-prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
