Superlanet is seeking an Epic Beacon Pharmacist for a healthcare client in Arizona. This is a direct\-hire role with a strong preference for onsite engagement, though remote consideration may be given for highly qualified candidates.

In this role, the Epic Beacon Pharmacist serves as a clinical and technical subject matter expert, owning Epic Beacon and closely integrated Epic Willow workflows while partnering with informatics, clinical, and operational leaders to design scalable, safe, and efficient oncology pharmacy solutions. This position plays a key role in driving data\-informed decision\-making, advancing patient safety initiatives, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>

  • Serve as the Epic Beacon subject matter expert, independently managing oncology treatment plans, protocols, and workflows
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Design, build, test, and maintain Beacon treatment plans, regimens, order sets, and supporting configurations
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Manage and optimize pharmacy\-related EHR modules, including Beacon and Willow, and associated clinical decision support
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Collaborate with informatics pharmacists, clinicians, nursing, and IT partners to design effective oncology and pharmacy workflows
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Support leadership decision\-making through data analysis, reporting, and operational insights related to oncology pharmacy
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Implement system and workflow changes aligned with patient safety, regulatory compliance, and strategic goals
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Support Epic upgrades, enhancements, optimizations, and ongoing Beacon\/Willow operations
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Troubleshoot complex Beacon\- and Willow\-related issues and provide expert guidance across pharmacy teams

    Required Qualifications<\/b>

    • Active Arizona Pharmacist License required

    • PGY2 residency training in Pharmacy Informatics or<\/i> equivalent hands\-on Epic Beacon informatics experience

    • Demonstrated production\-level experience with Epic Beacon
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Strong understanding of oncology workflows and medication\-use processes
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Working knowledge of Epic Willow (Inpatient and\/or Ambulatory)
      <\/p><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n
