This role is set in an outpatient office with the flexibility of remote work, allowing for a unique blend of professional and personal lifestyles. • Utilize various mental health therapy techniques and interventions to develop and implement treatment plans for individuals and families.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify emotional and behavioral disorders, and create initial discharge plans for clients.
• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions in accordance with the client’s personalized treatment plan.
• Prepare initial treatment plans based on assessments and coordinate necessary services, continually revising as needed to best meet clients’ needs.
• Document all therapy services provided in compliance with facility and professional standards, ensuring records are maintained accurately.
• Manage a designated caseload effectively, responding to the individual needs of each client and participating in treatment team meetings to foster collaboration.
• Remain proactive in addressing patient concerns or complaints, and prioritize patient safety at all times.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.

This role involves working closely with a diverse client base, including adolescents, adults, and family units. You will address a range of mental health issues from anxiety and depression to more complex emotional and behavioral disorders. The ideal candidate will be skilled in adapting therapeutic techniques to fit the varied needs of clients across different age groups and backgrounds.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related human services field is required.
• Licensure as a provider in the relevant state is mandatory, with qualifications including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Candidates must possess or be eligible for state licensure as a professional therapy provider.

We are looking for candidates who have at least two years of relevant experience in the mental health field, particularly with diverse age groups and family dynamics. A strong background in evidence-based therapies and an understanding of holistic approaches to mental health care are considered advantageous.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
