This position allows you to work remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance while still being an integral part of our outpatient office team. • Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, identifying key areas of concern and appropriate interventions.
• Developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client's specific goals and progress.
• Providing both individual and group counseling sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to different client needs.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participating in ongoing professional development through supervision, case conferences, and training workshops to continually enhance counseling techniques.

• A valid License as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing mental health counseling services.
