Spring Water Behavioral Health Services is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team as a full-time remote telehealth therapist. As a remote position, this role allows for significant flexibility, enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering high-quality care to clients via telehealth platforms. You will collaborate with a supportive team during regular business hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring consistent access to work without weekend obligations. Our telehealth system is user-friendly and robust, designed to support effective patient engagement and seamless communication.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate clients' symptoms related to mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
• Collaborating with clients to develop customized treatment plans that are not only evidence-based but also address their preferences and goals.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions using proven methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which are critical in treating mood disorders.
• Providing continuous education to clients and their families about mood disorders, effective treatment options, and self-care strategies that promote mental wellness.
• Monitoring client progress closely, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Engaging in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances.
• Staying current with the latest research in mood disorder treatments to enhance clinical practice and ensure the highest standards of care.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client documentation and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards regarding client privacy and care.
• Participating in team meetings, case consultations, and continuous professional development to foster personal and professional growth.
• Actively advocating for clients and working towards de-stigmatizing mental health challenges in the community.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with individuals struggling with mood disorders, including anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. Our patients come from diverse backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges and histories. As a vital member of our therapeutic team, you will not only provide clinical support but also participate in their journey towards mental health recovery and empowerment.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
• In-depth expertise in evidence-based treatments for mood disorders, specifically CBT and DBT.
• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology to facilitate effective collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals.
• A proven track record of successful clinical outcomes in treating mood disorders.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling rapport-building with a diverse range of clients.

We prefer candidates who have:

• Experience working in a telehealth setting, demonstrating proficiency with virtual care platforms.
• A strong foundation in trauma-informed care approaches.
• Background in community mental health services or outpatient settings.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000. Additional benefits include:
