Job description

What you'll be doing

  • Design, implement, test, review and maintain Unity's Monetization platform, product, and services to enable developers to build a business through advertising, in-app purchases.
  • Write high-quality and scalable code that supports the existing and future functionality of the product and ensure successful delivery.
  • Handle system scalability, performance, process big volumes in data and system functional requirements to drive towards the use of machine learning.
  • Manage and deliver individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Translate business requirements into engineering features.

What we're looking for

  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, and three (3) years of related work experience.
  • Must have knowledge or experience with/in:
  • Designing APIs and backend services and systems;
  • Implementing and reviewing code in Golang, Nodejs, Typescript, and Python;
  • Working with SQL, NoSQL, and KeyValue based data storage systems like Postgres, MongoDB, and Redis;
  • Bigquery or other data warehousing solutions;
  • Working with streaming platforms and queues such as Kafka and Nats;
  • Using Terraform to manage cloud infrastructure;
  • Creating Python Notebooks to analyze datasets and provide valuable insights;
  • Coordinating with product and delivery of product end to end.

Additional information

  • International relocation support is not available for this position.
  • Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
  • Salary: $187,574.00/yr.
  • Telecommuting permitted on a hybrid schedule as determined by the employer.

This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions). The final offer amount will depend on several factors, including geographic location and the candidate's relevant experience, professional background, and skill set.
