To thrive as a Weekend Remote Electrical Engineer, you need a solid background in electrical engineering principles, experience with circuit design, and a relevant degree such as a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. Familiarity with CAD software, simulation tools like SPICE, and remote collaboration platforms is typically required, along with certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE) being advantageous.
