• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' substance use history and mental health status, identifying key areas for intervention.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique needs, addressing both addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Facilitate a combination of individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to encourage meaningful engagement and progress.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse treatment team, contributing to case discussions and adapting treatment strategies based on integrated insights and client feedback.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, enhancing their participation in the recovery process and fostering a supportive home environment.
• Maintain meticulous client records in accordance with regulatory compliance and clinical standards to ensure continuity of care and proper documentation of treatment progress.

The primary focus of this role encompasses working with individuals experiencing substance abuse issues, alongside co-occurring mental health challenges. This population often requires compassionate support and practical strategies to address the underlying causes of their addiction, making your role crucial to their recovery journey.

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in addiction counseling and a thorough understanding of evidence-based practices relevant to substance use disorders.

• Experience specifically in the realm of substance abuse treatment, including knowledge of the 12-step philosophy and dual diagnosis treatment approaches.
• Previous involvement in a community health setting or similar environment, where you honed your ability to work effectively within a team-oriented framework.
• Strong therapeutic skills, with a proven ability to motivate clients and foster trust in the therapeutic relationship.
• Exceptionally strong communication skills to facilitate effective teamwork and client engagement.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
