Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to understand clients' substance abuse history and mental health status, determining appropriate therapeutic interventions.
  • Formulate individualized treatment plans that address both addiction and any underlying mental health conditions, tailoring approaches based on each client's unique needs.
  • Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, fostering a supportive atmosphere conducive to recovery.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to care, contributing your expertise in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW).
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, demonstrating a strong theoretical foundation.
