As a fully remote position, this role leverages telehealth technology to connect with clients across various locations. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, utilizing various diagnostic tools and methods to inform treatment planning.
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans that target specific issues and align with clients’ personal goals, ensuring that therapeutic approaches are evidence-based and adaptable.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques to foster an engaging and supportive environment.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, participating in case discussions to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support across mental health services.
• Provide educational resources and guidance to clients’ families, equipping them with the tools necessary to support loved ones throughout the healing journey.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that documentation reflects the treatment process and client progress.

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including couples and families facing various challenges such as marital discord, parenting issues, and mental health disorders. • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and nonjudgmental approach is critical in addressing clients' experiences and struggles.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client cases effectively within a remote setting.

• Experience in providing teletherapy or online counseling services is highly desired.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is advantageous.

• The position offers an annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, determined by experience and qualifications.
