Our outpatient office model enables you to build strong therapeutic relationships while delivering personalized therapy in a manner that prioritizes comfort and convenience for our clients.

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, utilizing various tools and methodologies for accurate diagnosis.
• Develop customized therapy treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs, addressing specific issues such as anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, and family dynamics.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques that encourage client growth and healing.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Provide education and support to clients' families, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to assist their loved ones during the healing process.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring all documentation is up to date and aligned with treatment progress.

In this therapist role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families facing varying degrees of mental health issues. Clients may present with a range of challenges, from communication breakdowns and marital discord to deeper emotional struggles influenced by stress, trauma, or life transitions. Understanding the unique cultural and contextual backgrounds of each client is essential as you tailor your therapeutic approach to facilitate effective and meaningful healing.

• Valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental approach to client experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for effectively handling workloads and administrative duties.

• Experience with a diverse clientele, particularly focusing on marriage and family-related issues.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Previous experience working in a remote environment, utilizing telehealth platforms effectively.
• Knowledge of available community resources and support systems to facilitate comprehensive care.
