Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, providing flexibility to manage your schedule while collaborating with a diverse group of professionals committed to mental health services. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, utilizing various tools and methodologies for accurate diagnosis.
  • Develop customized therapy treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs, addressing specific issues such as anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, and family dynamics.
  • Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques that encourage client growth and healing.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
  • Provide education and support to clients' families, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to assist their loved ones during the healing process.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring all documentation is up to date and aligned with treatment progress.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this therapist role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families facing varying degrees of mental health issues. Clients may present with a range of challenges, from communication breakdowns and marital discord to deeper emotional struggles influenced by stress, trauma, or life transitions. Qualifications
  • Valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

  • Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental approach to client experiences.
