• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and screenings to assess clients' mental health status, history, and treatment needs, leading to informed decision-making in their care.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that effectively address both mental health and substance abuse issues, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.
• Facilitate engaging one-on-one counseling sessions, as well as group therapy discussions, using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to drive client engagement.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and social workers, ensuring integrated care that supports the comprehensive health of clients.
• Provide family education and support, involving loved ones in the therapeutic process to foster understanding and promote recovery.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential client records while ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational standards.
