The Teen Therapy Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LSCW) to join our team within a remote setting. You will leverage telehealth technologies to conduct assessments and therapy sessions, allowing for effective interventions that can meet clients' varied schedules and needs. • Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, identifying strengths and resources fundamental for their growth.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals, regularly assessing progress and making adjustments when necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver integrated and coordinated care that prioritizes the client's holistic well-being.
• Facilitate supportive group therapy sessions and psycho-education workshops to enhance community engagement and resilience among participants.
• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment, creating safety plans in high-stress or emergency situations to ensure client safety and stability.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment in compliance with all ethical and legal standards, ensuring a clear understanding of their progression and support needs.

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
