• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to identify patients' needs, crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.
• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective interventions to individuals, couples, and families.
• Lead psychoeducational groups and support sessions aimed at creating community and addressing common mental health concerns.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated care for your patients.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed, supporting patients during acute mental health episodes.
• Educate patients about mental health conditions and available resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that documentation is both accurate and up to date.
• Engage in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic approaches, with a proven ability to develop effective treatment plans.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
• Professional judgment and a commitment to maintaining boundaries and ethics in therapeutic practice.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant technological tools.
• A collaborative spirit, with a desire to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy to a varied population, enhancing the ability to address a wide spectrum of mental health issues.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
