This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still engaging with clients in a meaningful way through our telehealth platform. As part of our outpatient counseling services, you will conduct sessions via video chat, providing you with the opportunity to reach a broader client base and offer support to individuals in various circumstances.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups in alignment with their specific needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailoring your approach to fit each client's unique situation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to facilitate holistic care and improve overall client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements to ensure compliance.
• Stay current with advancements in mental health research by participating in relevant professional development opportunities and workshops.

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various life transitions. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Washington.
• At least 2 years of experience providing counseling services, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations applicable to counseling practice.
