• Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health counseling to a diverse caseload of clients.
• Conduct thorough intake assessments to establish clients’ mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to facilitate positive behavioral changes and emotional healing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and share insights on client progress towards treatment goals.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain abreast of the latest therapeutic practices and research in mental health care.

In this role, you will engage with a range of clients facing various mental health challenges. Our community clinic serves individuals from diverse backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults. You will work closely with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other conditions impacting their mental and emotional well-being, allowing you to implement tailored strategies that enhance their quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from a regionally accredited institution.
• An active license in the state of Texas to practice as a mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD). This license must permit you to provide unsupervised therapy.
• At least two years of post-graduate clinical experience, providing psychotherapy in a variety of settings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in diagnostic assessments and treatment planning, ensuring a patient-centered approach to care.

• Experience with evidence-based therapy modalities, especially Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Strong skills in written communication for documenting client interactions and progress notes that reflect session details.
• A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken against your professional license in any jurisdiction.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education.
