Flexibility is key, as we accommodate clients’ schedules, which may include evening and weekend hours.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, ensuring a holistic understanding of their needs.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that include measurable goals and specific interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure aligned and coordinated care, contributing to holistic treatment plans that reflect best practices in mental health.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that foster community and shared learning among clients.
• Offer crisis intervention and safety planning as necessary, utilizing strong risk assessment skills to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring proper record-keeping and effective communication with the treatment team.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Active Minds Behavioral Counseling, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and families, each facing unique mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
