What you\'ll do as Amazon Brand Manager:

  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of Amazon clients, owning the day-to-day relationship and long-term strategy
  • Craft and execute customized brand growth strategies tailored to client goals
  • Analyze data and KPIs to uncover insights and drive performance improvements
  • Work closely with internal teams (ads, creative, operations) to implement your strategies effectively
  • Stay up to date on Amazon trends, policy shifts, and platform changes that impact your brands
  • Spot opportunities for optimization, expansion, and innovation
  • Build trust-based relationships with clients that position you as a strategic, proactive partner

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
  • Strong knowledge of listings, PPC, keyword research, catalog optimization, and compliance best practices
  • Excellent communication skills - you\'re clear, client-ready, and strategic in how you speak and write
  • Analytical and performance-minded - you enjoy interpreting dashboards and digging into metrics
  • A "client-first" mentality - your instinct is to help and guide, not just report
  • Adaptability and independence - you can move fast, stay organized, and drive outcomes remotely
  • Must be available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
