This position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, allowing you to connect with students, families, and school personnel from the comfort of your home, while maintaining the ability to visit schools as needed. A full-time schedule is required, typically running from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, with the possibility of periodic evening or weekend hours based on client needs. You will be equipped with the necessary tools and resources to excel in your role, including access to telehealth platforms and digital client management systems, ensuring continuous, effective care.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ psychosocial needs, identifying emotional, mental, and social factors that may impact their learning and overall well-being.
• Collaborate closely with students, their families, and educational professionals to develop individualized care plans that align with their goals.
• Provide counseling and therapeutic support to students, assisting them in navigating life transitions, mental health challenges, and academic pressures.
• Advocate for students' rights and access to necessary resources, ensuring they receive the support and services needed to succeed in their educational environment.
• Work in conjunction with teachers, counselors, and administrative staff to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive school environment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

This role primarily serves school-aged clients ranging from kindergarten through high school. You will address a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and behavioral issues that impact academic performance and social integration. As an integral part of the student's support system, your role will have a significant impact on their educational journey and personal development.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience in a social work role, with a preference for experience in a school or community-based setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of social work principles, mental health issues related to youth, and local community resources available to clients.
• Exceptional assessment, counseling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and their families.

• Experience working collaboratively within an educational setting or with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with behavioral health issues in children and adolescents.
• Proficient knowledge of teletherapy tools and digital client management technologies.
