• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand the unique challenges faced by clients and to inform treatment planning.

• Create customized treatment plans that identify specific goals and measure progress, adjusted as necessary to reflect the evolving needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as appropriate.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, contributing to a multidisciplinary approach to care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.

• Engage families in the therapeutic process, providing education, tools, and support to foster understanding and enhance the recovery journey of the client.

• Maintain meticulous client records, adhering to compliance standards and ethical guidelines to safeguard client confidentiality and integrity.

The role focuses on serving a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. • Possession of an active and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum educational requirement of a Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• A solid foundation in mental health counseling or social work with demonstrated expertise in therapeutic strategies.

• A strong grasp of evidence-based practices tailored to a variety of mental health conditions, ensuring effective treatment delivery.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport with clients and facilitating collaboration within the treatment team.

• A proven history of engaging in individual and group therapy, with an emphasis on developing effective coping strategies for clients.

• Experience leveraging technology in remote therapy sessions to provide optimal client care and engagement.

• Familiarity with documentation systems such as Electronic Health Records (EHR) to maintain thorough and compliant client records.

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
