Evening and weekend availability may be necessary to accommodate clients and school schedules.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate mental health concerns, individual strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the needs of students.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with measurable goals and interventions, ensuring that they align with the unique requirements of each client.
• Collaborate with educators, school counselors, and other mental health professionals to create a holistic approach to student support.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and workshops for parents and guardians to strengthen the mental health support system.
• Offer crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans as needed, ensuring immediate support to clients in distress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal requirements, ensuring all records reflect the care and interventions provided.

Your primary focus will be on students from diverse backgrounds, each facing unique emotional and behavioral challenges. The target clientele ranges from elementary through high school students who are seeking mental health support to navigate academic pressures, social issues, and personal hardships.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong foundational knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and a genuine passion for working with children and adolescents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients, families, and educational staff.

A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient clinical setting is preferred. Familiarity with school-based mental health interventions and a proven record of successfully working within interdisciplinary teams will enhance your impact.
