Work Environment

This role operates within an outpatient office setting with the flexibility of remote work. Our team is composed of compassionate professionals who thrive in a collaborative atmosphere. While your primary working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, occasional evenings or weekends may be required to accommodate client appointments. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that align with individual client goals and circumstances.
  • Provide individual, couples, and group counseling utilizing suitable therapeutic techniques tailored to diverse client backgrounds.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with all legal and ethical standards.
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision, case conferences, and ongoing professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
