Peace and Purpose Mental Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team in Lowell, Massachusetts. This role operates within an outpatient office setting with the flexibility of remote work. Our team is composed of compassionate professionals who thrive in a collaborative atmosphere. While your primary working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, occasional evenings or weekends may be required to accommodate client appointments. • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to accurately gauge clients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that align with individual client goals and circumstances.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling utilizing suitable therapeutic techniques tailored to diverse client backgrounds.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case conferences, and ongoing professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

While not mandatory, prior experience working in outpatient mental health settings and familiarity with therapeutic interventions for trauma and addiction would be advantageous. Knowledge of holistic treatment approaches can also enhance your effectiveness in this role.
