- First-year expected earnings of $70,000 - $90,000, with top performers earning $120,000+

Responsibilities- Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospects
- Follow up with leads and maintain organized records
- Quote insurance policies for prospective clients
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process
- Track activity and manage opportunities effectively
Requirements- Active Property and Casualty insurance license is required
- Previous Allstate experience required
- At least 1 year of prior insurance sales experience
- Strong phone communication and rapport-building skills
- Organized with good time management
- Self-motivated and consistent in follow-up
- Comfortable working toward sales goals
