• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools and interviews.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, incorporating evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused strategies to promote healing and resilience.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
• Engage with clients' families to provide education, support, and resources, fostering a strong network of care that promotes active involvement in the recovery process.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards.

The Community Health Clinic serves a diverse demographic group, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds, age groups, and socio-economic statuses. You will encounter a breadth of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma, requiring a tailored and culturally competent approach to therapy. The emphasis on a supportive and flexible therapy schedule aims to accommodate clients' needs, including evening and weekend availability.

• A valid and unrestricted license such as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based practices applicable to a variety of mental health disorders and conditions.
• Exceptional counseling skills that facilitate the establishment of trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration within the treatment team and clear exchanges with clients and their families.

• Minimum of two years of post-degree experience in a clinical counseling setting, providing individual and group therapy.
• Experience working with culturally diverse populations and understanding cultural impacts on mental health.
• Familiarity with telehealth services and digital client management platforms.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
